AI Content Disclosure
The Wise Marketing (www.thewisemarketing.com)
Operated by Wisework Media Private Limited
Effective Date: 12 August 2026 · Version 1.0
HOW WE USE AI — AND HOW WE LABEL IT. Wisework Media Private Limited uses artificial intelligence tools to assist editorial production. All AI-assisted Content is subject to human editorial review before publication in normal operation. This disclosure explains where AI is used, how it is labelled, and how you can raise questions or concerns.
1. Purpose
This AI Content Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how we use generative artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools in producing Content on www.thewisemarketing.com. It is published in line with the ASCI Guidelines for Influencer Advertising in Digital Media, 2021, the transparency principles of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), and emerging good-practice norms for AI-assisted journalism and publishing.
2. Where We Use AI
We may use AI tools, under human editorial supervision, for:
- drafting first versions of news summaries, listicles, explainers, and informational articles;
- rewriting or paraphrasing third-party news content sourced under a licensed API to produce original editorial pieces;
- translation of Content across languages;
- generating illustrative images, cover art, and decorative graphics;
- transcription, summarisation, and tagging of audio and video material;
- generating background music or audio illustrations under paid commercial licences;
- editing, proofreading, and improving readability of human-drafted Content;
- internal research, briefing, and editorial workflow assistance.
3. Where We Do Not Use AI
We do not use AI to:
- fabricate quotes attributed to real, identifiable persons;
- create deepfake or synthetic likenesses of real persons without their informed written consent;
- publish unverified statistics, allegations, or factual claims without source review by a human editor;
- replace human editorial judgement on accuracy, ethics, defamation risk, or compliance;
- publish Content that is not subject to human editorial review (see Section 4 on how this applies to our automated-publishing capability).
4. Human Oversight
Every AI-assisted article is subject to human editorial review. In normal operation, that review takes place before publication: the reviewing editor is responsible for verifying factual accuracy of source claims, statistics, names, and quotes; checking for legal compliance, including defamation, IP, and ASCI requirements; and approving the final version for publication.
Our platform also includes an automated-publishing capability, which is currently disabled. Where it is used, any automatically-published article that is not reviewed or edited by a human editor within a defined review window (currently 24 hours) is automatically withdrawn from publication. We disclose any use of this capability. In all cases, no Content escapes human editorial review.
5. Labelling
We label AI-generated visual and audio Content where it could reasonably mislead a viewer or listener as to its origin, including:
- “AI-generated image” or “Illustration: AI-generated” on cover art and inline illustrations created by AI image tools;
- “AI-generated audio” or “Music: AI-generated” on background music or audio illustrations created by AI audio tools;
- “Translated by AI, reviewed by editor” on machine-translated Content where translation materially affects meaning.
Routine editorial assistance — grammar correction, summarisation of human-drafted text, internal research — is not separately labelled, in line with mainstream publishing practice.
6. AI Tools We Use
The principal AI tools currently used in our editorial workflow include large language models, image generation models, and audio generation models supplied by reputable providers under paid commercial licences. We do not use the free tier of any AI tool for any Content that is published on the Website. The list of providers is maintained internally and may be shared on reasonable request to legal@wiseworkmedia.com.
7. Source Material and Copyright
Where AI tools are used to rewrite or summarise news content, that content is sourced through a commercial subscription to the GNews news API, which permits commercial use of the API data. The underlying news articles remain the property of their source publishers; GNews does not grant, and we do not claim, a licence from those publishers. Our basis for publishing our derived editorial pieces rests on the original editorial selection, transformation, analysis, and human authorship described in our Editorial Policy, and on applicable copyright law. We preserve original facts and source attributions, and credit source publications.
We do not knowingly use AI tools to reproduce substantial portions of any third-party copyrighted work. If you believe a piece of Content infringes your copyright, please use our Copyright Policy and takedown procedure.
8. User-Submitted Content
Users submitting Content to the PR Self-Publish marketplace may use AI tools in drafting their submissions, but remain solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, and lawfulness of the Content, in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Limitations of AI
AI-generated text and images can contain errors, fabrications (“hallucinations”), bias, or out-of-date information. Although human review materially reduces these risks, no review process eliminates them entirely. The Disclaimer applies to all Content on the Website, including AI-assisted Content.
10. Data and Privacy
We do not submit our Users’ personal data to AI tools as part of editorial production. AI tools used in editorial workflows process publicly available source material, internal drafts, and editorial briefs. Personal data is processed only as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback and Concerns
If you have questions about the use of AI in any specific piece of Content, or wish to raise a concern about AI-generated material, please write to founders@wiseworkmedia.com or use the Grievance Redressal Policy.
12. Updates to this Disclosure
AI capabilities and the regulatory landscape are evolving rapidly. We may update this Disclosure from time to time. The Effective Date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
